At No Hate United States, each item is made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Because products are custom-printed for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size, or color preferences.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- You do not need to return the defective item.
Lost-in-Transit Orders
If your package appears lost or tracking has stalled, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Address Issues & Delivery Attempts
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may require an additional reshipment fee.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders begin production quickly. If you need to cancel or update an order, email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best, but changes are not guaranteed once production has started.

Our products are printed and fulfilled by trusted partners via Printify. For transparency about production standards, see Printify’s policies. Your purchase contract is with No Hate United States; this page governs your store returns and refunds.
